On behalf of the U. S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Workshops and Forums Series, we invite you to join Human Resource (HR) representatives for a career-oriented information session on "DOT Employment Opportunities and Helpful Tips That Save Time," with the U.S. Department of Transportation.  

Workshops:  The workshops are intended for all job applicants interested in seeking employment opportunities with DOT.  Participants will have an opportunity to experience a combination of lecture-style information, best practices, and recruitment strategies.  Learn faster, non-traditional, strategic recruitment approaches when applying for jobs at DOT.  Learn Helpful Tips For Your Position of Interest.  Learn Best Practices When Describing Your Personal Characteristics.  Top Ten Items You Should Know About Federal Government Agencies.  Top Ten Items You Should Know About Federal Jobs.

Workshop Participant Information:

Session #1: Wednesday, October 6 - 12:00pm - 1:00pm: DOT Employment Opportunities and Helpful Tips That Save Time. Submit one ticket and print your ticket information and bring to the session, along with a photo ID.  This session will be conducted in English.
